Listed in the upper left hand corner you will find our food and wine menus. The main menu is available all day and night. The business lunch menu is available from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm daily. The business lunch was designed to offer our guests their own small plates tasting menu developed from items off the main menu. Customize your own lunch by choosing one item from each of the four categories.
Our Wine List is carefully built to complement our food menus. A mix of old and new world varietals, our list is accessible to the novice wine drinker while still satisfying more discerning palates. In keeping with our theme of excellent value, we have kept our wine list moderately priced to encourage more sampling and interaction with food and wine pairings. Please visit the wine section to learn more.
Alright, you’re interested but still have questions???
General FAQ
1. What are small plates?
The size of our plates are between an appetizer and an entrée, which makes them ideal for sharing. With smaller portions you can enjoy a wider variety of flavors and bites.
2. Who is “The Jeff”?
Like all our staff, “The Jeff” can’t be described in just words. It would be much easier to come down to Tango and meet him and the rest of the team in person.
3. No food timing? What does that mean?
Everything at Tango is made to order. Items are brought out to you when they are ready and at their freshest. So, if you order two or three items they are not necessarily going to come out all at once and will arrive in no particular order. This is a good thing!
4. Small plates??? But, I’m starving!
The common notion that small plates will never fill my huge appetite is really just a myth. We invite you to come and experience Tango and debunk this myth. The small plate concept allows you to enjoy the same amount of food but gives you greater variety in the bites you take.
5. Why exactly 210 bottles on the wall?
No real reason, we just thought it looked really cool.
6. I have never been before, how should I order?
There are no rules. You can mix and match, taste and graze as you gradually order off the menu. All of our items come out quite quickly, so you may want to start with two dishes to get your feet warm and order more plates as you go. Almost like a “choose your own adventure”, you are the master of your own dining journey.
7. What have you done with my salad bar?
Yes, we are located in what used to be Smuggler’s Winelite dining room, but don’t worry, Smuggler’s Inn is still in the building. Smuggler’s can be accessed through the south doors and is still as good as ever.
8. What’s up with the crazy orange host stand?
The asymmetrical host stand was built to wake up the senses as soon as you enter Tango Bistro. You are entering a new concept that challenges the rules of conventional dining, giving you the feeling that “no, you are not in Kansas anymore”.
